Home Buyers Round Table of Dane County is offering our annual training for lenders! We’ll make you aware of the various products available so you can better educate your buyers and overcome challenges with down payment.

Both sessions will cover down payment information on City Programs, State Programs, Other Programs and we’ll hear from Maria Davila-Martinez from the City of Madison about the current state of housing in Dane County.
